For Kids: Peak Flow Action Plan

Each time you blow into your peak flow meter, you get a number. The number tells you what zone you’re in: green, yellow, or red. Ask your doctor or nurse to fill in your numbers and what to do for each zone. When you take your peak flow and find your zone, do what the action plan tells you to do.
